Schedule: Full-time, including nights and weekends
Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE)

We're excited to grow our WA district management team by adding a floating Assistant Store Manager, focused on supporting multiple stores in the South Puget Sound.

What you’ll be doing:
- Inspiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing store team
- Driving exceptional customer experiences through hands-on selling and team coaching
- Managing daily store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and merchandising
- Overseeing payroll and P&L performance to meet business goals
- Building and nurturing B2B relationships
- Handling banking duties, shipment processing, and damage reporting
- Ensuring operational excellence and compliance
- Working a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive store culture while delivering results.

What You’ll Need:
- Ability to travel to different store locations within the district, with the desire to become a Store Manager in 1 location.
- Minimum 2 years of prior retail management experience at/above the Assistant Manager role
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to constructively coach others to succeed
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and cross-divisional partners
- Able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to climb a ladder
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Bilingual a plus (preference for Spanish)
