Compensation: $50,000-60,000 with Bonus Potential

We are looking for a B2B Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will offer professional and attentive service to our current and new B2B accounts, helping them with all facets of their relationship, programs, and day to day issues and communication with our company. This role with also strongly support our B2B sales team to coordinate various administrative tasks, data & information needs, and communication internally and with accounts. Significant cross-functional collaboration and passion for outstanding customer service exceeding customers’ expectations with attention to detail and high accountability are key success factors for this important role as we work to significantly grow our B2B business going forward.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Constant interaction with current and prospective accounts to coordinate leads, new accounts applications & onboarding, and relationship management including administrative needs & tasks. These interactions will include email, phone, video chat, and in-person meetings.
- Manage B2B accounts information in our company’s key systems and ensure account information is maintained accurately and up-to-date and that new accounts are set up completely.
- Support B2B Sales Reps with administrative tasks, information & data, scheduling, and internal & external communication so that the Reps can focus maximum time & energy on driving sales.
- Support Stores and other functions with information and communication required to understand and execute B2B programs impeccably.
- Support training programs to elevate B2B knowledge and capability programs across the company.
- Work in partnership with the B2B Sales team to achieve or exceed budgeted sales goals. Support tracking of key KPI’s.
- Provide best in class customer service by developing and maintaining robust knowledge of work & safety products as well as our company’s services, policies, and procedures.
- Be a trusted contact who follows up requests, questions, and issues with speed & accountability for our accounts and internal teams to generate strong customer satisfaction & loyalty.
- Represent Work World at Trade shows and professional events, as required.
- Identify business improvement opportunities and communicate these to your team & leadership.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of previous Customer Service experience required.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Computer Literacy. Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Netsuite is a plus.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism at all times.
- High degree of personal integrity and confidentiality.
- Role is Hybrid. The employee should be based in the Seattle/Tacoma region.
